I have been interested in fixing things since I was a child. I loved to participate in youth service projects repairing or maintaining family's homes.
 

I have been living in North Carolina since December 2020. In February 2021, I started working as a subcontracted residential maintenance technician for a newer property management company. At the time, they had around 150 properties that we provided repair and maintenance services for. Now, they manage over 450 properties.
 

For this property management company, I have completed over 1,500 work orders. These work orders have ranged from tenant and homeowner requested work orders to move-out and move-in repair lists.
